Ok, I don't know if there's a thread on another board here somewhere but I'm starting this one here then. Initially it started as a top 10 list, but let's see how far we can go with this. I'll post what I have so far and you guys can add to it. Thanks to EscenceUvFaith for adding in a few. Ok, here we go!
You know You're A Zone Addict When...
*you bang your fist on your computer desk because you can't figure out that one last anagram
*you ask a person, how's you?
*you press enter on a link, and you worry if you don't hear the little noise that indicates a quicknote.
*you're on msn or aim, and you have the overwelming urge to say, "publics off".
*you feel empty inside because you haven't told off an annoying blink yet today.
*when on the vt server, you don't bother to make a crude remark when hearing a smart ass phoenetic. you've heard them all.
*you think of yourself as cooler because you're a premium member.
*you keep track of the number of posts on the boards, and wish you were the one who has the most number of posts.
*when you start using slang that's not even from your own country.
*You get all excited when you're at the top of the quicknote list, and make several jokes about being on top of insert other member's name here.
*when you can confidently say the name and age of over 20 of its users
*when you keep track of the number of users that have you on ignore, or if you think the ignore feature is for pussies.
*you wish the zone had a lifetime membership option.
*hanging head in shame* how'd you know? lol
you know you're a zone adict when you have to have the log in sound as your door bell
you know you're adicted to the zone when you can't help using wb brb bbl with your friends

you know you're a zone addict when
*you use /me in more than 1 conversation with a real person
*you feel you've gambled away your house cause you lost 10000 points in high-low
*your sports challenge means more than the football card you payed 5 dollars for
*you use your zone name as your real name
*you refer to zoners as if they're family, mind you, this is outside of the zone
*you avoid going to a relative's house, because no access to the zone
*you turn off the computer if the zone goes down

You know your a Zone Addict when you wake up and you got the Zone on the brain and you head over to computer to login inot the site. You also know if your a Zone Addict if you wake and you find the Zone down and you keep going to the site repeated in hope of it coming back up.
You know your an addict when you can log on when sleepwalking, with the onset, of the hangover from hell.
you know you're an adict when you can't help sending quicknotes to all your friends
you know you're addicted to the zone when you're in a bit of a bad mood, and you know it'll make you feel better to come online and find one of blindguy's obnoxious posts to reply to!

You know when you're addicted when you look for one of Jared's posts, reply to it, and then wait until he comes and finds your replyand replies to it.
You know your a zone adict when you go on V Vintrillo drunk or get drunk on Vintrillo with a bunch of your zone homies.
Zone homies? Oh no, that doesn't sound good... haha

oh, also when the first site you visit when you get up is the zoneBBS (almost doing a me! :)
you know you're a zone addict when the zone is your homepage and you have to look and see whose on. You know you're a zone addict when you copied all of everyones words in your computer so you can be at the top of the anagram list. You know you're a zone addict when the zone goes down you keep your outlook express open and post about 100 messages to the users mailing list.
you know you're a zone addict when your grades get low and/or you fail! :)
You know you are a zone adict when you manage to make 23 posts within the first 5 days of being signed up.
